All my new websites are designed using the world class open source Wordpress platform. I use Wordpress for several reasons; it is easy to use, great to design for and has the most third party plugins available, which allows me to offer more bang for the buck to my clients. It also has the best and biggest support community and many other benefits.
Great web design must be complete design; not only look good but achieve goals. My designs are not just window dressing but targeted tools to incite action from website visitors.  That is why my designs are custom and specifically designed with my clients’ needs in mind. No cookie cutters here. I take the time to understand my client’s customers, their goals and then design accordingly.
Like a business card not handed out, a website not visited is worthless, worse in fact. That is why my websites are SEO friendly and why beyond the website design I offer SEO, marketing & consulting. By experience and constant education I have know how to drive traffic organically to websites.  Built optimize for search engines, my website designs are ready to be productive. In order for traffic to continue to grow a website must be nourished through SEO tasks on and off the website.

Lightfleet.com

Lightfleet.com is my most recent custom designed Wordpress website. The project involved re-designing the existing website theme, then upgrading the from Wordpress 2.3 to the current version of Wordpress, installing and modifying plugins and finally re-building the Wordpress content structure. The whole project was completed from first contact to launch in less than a week. Big thanks to Jim Burke at Lightfleet for being an excellent liaison.

The project involved designing a Wordpress theme, installing and modifying plugins and integrating a third party IDX MLS feed and styling widgets to be used through out the website. Mccoy-Freeman is the #1 realty team in Brevard County, Florida and continues to be a loyal customer with ongoing projects.

Waverley Greens Apartments is the largest apartment complex is Milwaukie with over 300 units.  The management asked me to re-design and build a new website with some simple functionality.  The website was designed using Photoshop CS2, then developed using PHP templates, HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT.
